Jan Flame is an American female professional wrestler. She is known primarily for working with Ladies Professional Wrestling Association.

Independents[]

The tattooed Jan Flame was a mainstay of the California independent scene, teaming and later feuding with The Bad Girl and working for promoters Billy Anderson, Ed Aherns and Jesse Hernandez.

LPWA[]

Jan Flame (or The Flame) was initially a popular underdog, who impressed fans with her unique look, upset wins over opposition like La Gata and challenging Susan Sexton for the LPWA World title. Flame then briefly became a member of Jonathan Blue's Blues Band along with Magnificent Mimi. Jan left the company at the beginning of 1991.

Post LPWA[]

Jan Flame returned independent scene and to the Ed Ahrens owned AIWA, where she resumed her longtime feud with ex-tag team partner The Bad Girl and joined the roster of Steel Kittens Productions facing opposition like Cheryl Rusa and Reggie Bennett.
