Tiana Caffey (February 12, 1999) is an American professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the NXT brand under the ring name Jaida Parker.

Parker made her debut on the October 17, 2023 episode of NXT facing Karmen Petrovic as part of the first round of the 2023 NXT Women's Breakout Tournament in a losing effort. Her next appearance was on the December 8, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up where she faced Gigi Dolin in another losing effort. Her next appearance was on the January 12, 2024 episode of NXT Level Up where she faced Amari Miller in a winning effort. On the January 16, 2024 episode of NXT she competed in a Battle Royal for a #1 Contender spot for the NXT Women's Championship but was unsuccessful. At Vengeance Day 2024 she teamed with Out The Mud (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) and faced The Family (Tony D'Angelo, Channing Lorenzo & Adriana Rizzo) in a Six Person Mixed Tag Team Match in a losing effort. On the February 13, 2024 episode of NXT she faced Adriana Rizzo in a winning effort.
On September 1st, Jaida faced Roxanne Perez at No Mercy for the NXT Women's Championship in a losing effort.
