Ephram Sims is an American professional wrestler known by his current ring name Frank Stone. He has worked for Southwest Wrestling Entertainment and Lucha League in El Paso, Texas.

Early life[]

Sims served in the U.S. Army after completing basic training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, South Carolina.

Career[]

Early career (2008-2012)[]

After debuting first under the name JT Flash in February 2008, he went on to spend most of his early years westling in Florida where he became a two-time Tag Team Champion as well as Heavyweight Champion while in Coastal Championship Wrestling and Independent Championship Wrestling.

World Wrestling Entertainment (2008)[]

Under the name JT Flash, he made his debut on the April 6 episode of Sunday Night Heat in which he lost a match against Snitsky.

All Elite Wrestling (2020)[]

After a extended hiatus from the ring, he returned as Frank Stone during the August 18 episode of AEW Dark in which he teamed with Shawn Dean in a tag match lost to Joey Janela & Sonny Kiss. He returned the following week on the August 25 episode of AEW Dark teaming with Baron Black in a tag match lost against Austin Gunn & Billy Gunn.

Southwest Wrestling Entertainment (2020-2021)[]

Stone made his debut on December 12, 2020 at SWE Christmas Chaos where he lost a title match against the SWE Television Champion Niles Plonk. The following year Stone returned to wrestle at East Texas Wrestlefest where he lost a title match against the SWE Heavyweight Champion Charlie Haas. On April 24 Stone made his pay-per-view debut at Sprang Stampede where he defeated Niles Plonk.
