Impact Wrestling Under Siege 2021 was a professional wrestling event that was produced by Impact Wrestling on May 15, 2021. The event was broadcast live on IMPACT Plus.

Event

The event opened with Brian Myers facing Black Taurus, who was accompanied by fellow Decay members Rosemary & Crazzy Steve. Myers won by pinfall after attacking Taurus' eyes and hitting the Roster Cut lariat.

The second match of the night was a tag team bout between Taylor Wilde & Tenille Dashwood(with Kaleb with a K) and Susan & Kimber Lee. The match ended after Kaleb kicked Susan while the referee was distracted and Wilde hit her with a bridging german suplex.

Next was a #1 Contender match for the Impact World Tag Team Championship between XXXL(Ace Romero & Larry D), Ace Austin & Madman Fulton, Rohit Raju & Mahabali Shera, and TJP and Petey Williams. Ace Austin won the match by pinning Larry D after Fulton hit him with a swinging flatliner.

The next match saw Willie Mack go 1-on-1 against W. Morrisey. Morrisey brutalized Willie through most of it. Willie did get a burst of offense, but Morrisey soon hit him with the East River Crossing, and instead of going for the pin, he hit Willie with a stiff kick to the back of the head before ending the match. Morrisey then tried to assault Willie with a chair, but Rich Swann returned from injury to save his friend!

Up next, Fire 'N Flava (Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz) tried to re-capture their recently lost Impact Knockouts Tag Team Championships from champions Jordynne Grace & Rachael Ellering. The match ended after Kiera took out Ellering with a shiranui on the ringside, and Tasha pinned Jordynne with a frog splash to win the titles.

The next match saw Josh Alexander put his Impact X Division Championship on the line against El Phantasmo. After ELP got a near fall with a diving splash, he attempted the CR2, but Alexander countered it, hit a powerbomb into his knee and locked in the ankle lock while grapevining his leg to win the match by submission.

In the following match, Havok challenged Deonna Purrazzo (with Kimber Lee & Susan) for her Impact Knockouts Championship. Deonna focused on Havok's arm through the match and won after nailing a tornado DDT to her arm and locking in a fujiwara armbar.

Next, FinJuice (David Finlay & Juice Robinson) & Eddie Edwards faced Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers (Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows) in a 6-man tag match. Karl got hit with a stunner from Finlay, the Pulp Friction from Juice and the Boston Knee Party from Eddie, and the latter pinned him to win the match for his team.

The main event of the night was a 6 way #1 Contender's match for the Impact World Championship between Chris Sabin, Trey Miguel, Sami Callihan, Matt Cardona, Chris Bey and Moose. Sami had Cardona set up for a piledriver, but The Good Brothers rushed in and took him out. Sabin hit the Cradle Shock on Cardona, but Moose pulled the referee out of the ring, then speared Sabin to win the match.
