The House of Free Fighting (HOFF) is a professional wrestling training school in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. It is recognized as the one and only training school for aspiring wrestlers, managers, valets and referees. Graduates from this school compete on Newcastle Pro Wrestling shows and may have the opportunity to travel and compete throughout the state and internationally. The school covers all wrestling fundamentals including etiquette, wrestling terminology, fitness & nutrition, breakfalling, striking, ring positioning, moves, holds, chain wrestling, running spots, match psychology, shooting promos and character development.
