John Devine (September 16, 1972) is an American professional wrestler known throughout the independent promotions under the ring name Horace The Psychopath.
Career
Since debuting in 1991, Horace the Psychopath has wrestled in several independent promotions including Steel Domain Wrestling (SDW), National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), and at least one major wrestling company being the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
