Hijo de Máscara Año 2000 (born 1986 in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, Mexico) is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler who has worked for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) portraying a rudo ("Bad guy") wrestling character. Hijo de Máscara Año 2000's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. While his ring name indicates he is the son of Máscara Año 2000, the legitimacy of that claim has not been verified and it is not unheard of that wrestlers pay for the rights to a "Junior" or "Hijo" name in Lucha Libre.
