Heather Monroe (May 3, 1990) is an American female professional wrestler. She is best known for her work on the independent circuit in promotions including SHIMMER Women Athletes, Alternative Wrestling Show, Santino Bros. Wrestling and Bar Wrestling among many more. She also made appearances in larger promotions including Impact Wrestling, World Wrestling Entertainment and All Elite Wrestling. She also established her tag team work as one-half of The Killer Baes with Laura James.

Professional wrestling career[]

Early career[]

Monroe first wrestled as early as October 10, 2015 in the California-based promotion Santino Bros. Wrestling where she trained. She went on to wrestle in several promotions within the California area including Alternative Wrestling Show, Quintessential Pro Wrestling and Maverick Pro Wrestling.

Alternative Wrestling Show (2016-2019)[]

Monroe's first match was on November 26, 2016 at AWS Just Another Damn Turkey where she and partner Laura James debuted under the team name The Killer Baes in a tag match lost to Raze & Sage Sin announced as team Fatal Attraction. The following year, Monroe returned to AWS on April 29 during a joint promotional event produced by Alternative Wrestling Show and Quintessential Pro Wrestling. During the event, Monroe competed in a Number One Contendership Rumble for the QPW Women's Championship. This match also included future WWE NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler. Monroe wrestled her final AWS match of 2017 on May 27 during the AWS Women's Tournament in a intergender tag match teaming with Buggy Nova, Kikyo, Laura James & Pizza Cat in defeating Chris Kadillak, Mikey O'Shea, Mondo Vega, Pinky & Ryan Taylor.

During 2018, Monroe wrestled in four more AWS shows, including tag matches featuring future WWE NXT star Mercedes Martinez and future Impact Wrestling Knockout Kylie Rae.

Monroe wrestled only twice more during January and May 2019, with her May appearance including a tag match teaming with future All Elite Wrestling women's star Aerial Monroe (later known as Big Swole) against Miranda Alize & Vipress.

SHIMMER Women Athletes (2016-2017)[]

Monroe first wrestled a dark match on November 13, 2016 at SHIMMER Women Athletes Volume 89, losing to Sonya Strong. She returned the following year in 2017 to wrestle two more dark matches during Volumes 96 and 98. Her match at Volume 98 was a victory over future Impact Wrestling Knockout Kylie Rae. Her final match was at SHIMMER Women Athletes Volume 99, in a lost to future WWE NXT star Shotzi Blackheart.

World Wrestling Entertainment / WWE (2017)[]

Under the ring name Sarah Pierce, she made her WWE debut in 2017 during the February 20 episode of Monday Night RAW in a squash match won by Nia Jax.

Impact Wrestling (2018)[]

Monroe debuted on the November 15 episode of iMPACT! Wrestling, losing a match against Su Yung. She returned the following month during the December 6 episode of iMPACT! Wrestling, losing a match against Allie.

All Elite Wrestling (2020)[]

Monroe debuted in All Elite Wrestling during the August 12 episode of AEW Dynamite, losing a non-title match against AEW Women's World Champion Hikaru Shida.

Hurricane Pro Wrestling (2019-present)[]

Monroe became a mainstay in Hurricane Pro Wrestling after debuting during a April 20 live event where she wrestled in a title match against the Hurricane Pro Women's Champion Miranda Alize. Three months later on July 27 at the televised Queens Of The Ring show, Monroe defeated Miranda Alize to become the new Women's Champion. On December 28 at Glory & Pain Monroe successfully retained the Women's Championship after defeating Alex Gracia and Miranda Alize in a three-way match. She went on to retain the title over the course of 2020 against challengers including Priscilla Kelly, Taya Valkyrie and Amber Nova. During the February 27 edition of Hurricane Pro, Monroe successfully retained the championship against challengers Madi Wrenkowski and Vipress in a triple-threat match. Three months later on the May 1 edition of Hurricane Pro, Monroe lost the championship to Lady Frost whom she met in a title match the month before at Ladies Night Out 10.
