Jody Ray Kristofferson (May 21, 1985) is a retired American professional wrestler who was previously contracted by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestling on the training rosters Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and later NXT.
Professional wrestling career[]
Early career[]
Prior to working in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Kristofferson spent four years wrestling on the independent circuit, working in California-based promotions.
World Wrestling Entertainment (2010, 2012-2014)[]
Kristofferson made his WWE debut under the ring name Jody Reese during an August 10, 2010 edition of Friday Night Smackdown, teaming with Derek Werley and Fernando Vega in a Three-On-One handicap match won by Big Show. He later joined WWE's training roster Florida Championship Wrestling in 2012, under the ring name Garrett Dylan. Between Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and later NXT, Dylan spent three years from March 2012 until July 2014 until his release.
Return to the Independent circuit (2014-2017)[]
After his release from WWE, he wrestled under his real name, returning to the independent circuit where he spent the remainder of his career from August 2014 until May 2017. During his nine-year career, Kristofferson held four championships, all throughout four different promotions, including three different singles titles and one tag team title.
