The February 16, 2009 Edition of RAW is a Professional wrestling television show of the WWE's RAW brand, which took place on February 16, 2009 at the Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington.
After No Way Out, Raw was in flux, with the World Heavyweight Title having fallen into the clutches of SmackDown’s Edge and Randy Orton continuing his seemingly unstoppable quest to cement his “Legacy” at the expense of the McMahons’. The Legend Killer’s march through the McMahon family continued on Monday night as he punted Shane and RKO’d his sister, Stephanie. Orton’s actions were brutal and vicious enough to draw out Triple H, who rushed down the entrance ramp to tend to the fallen General Manager.
