- Highlights from the André the Giant-Hulk Hogan match from The Main Event and post-match interviews are aired, followed by a statement from WWF president Jack Tunney, announcing that because of various factors, neither Hogan, nor Andre nor Ted DiBiase are the WWF champion and the title was being vacated. A special 14-man, single-elimination tournament is announced for WrestleMania IV, with Hogan and Andre getting first-round byes and meeting in the quarterfinals.
