Lopez & Vice made their debut as a team on the April 14, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up facing the team of Katana Chance & Kayden Carter in a losing effort. Their next appearance was on the May 19, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up where they faced the team of Kelani Jordan & Wendy Choo but were defeated. On the June 16, 2023 episode of NXT Level Up they faced the team of Dani Palmer & Kelani Jordan in a winning effort.
