Edward Winchester is a former professional wrestler, and referee. Dyer started his in-ring career in 2009 wrestling for the Plymouth Wrestling Alliance, before wrestling for Devon Wrestling Alliance, Pro Evolution Wrestling Megaslam Wrestling & Pro Wrestling Pride.

Dyer would later retire from active singles wrestling after a final match against Ultimo Tiger. Dyer would later become a full time referee, working for Pro EVW, Plymouth Wrestling Association and mainly Pro Wrestling Pride. In 2018, following the end of Pride, Dyer went on Hiatus from wrestling.
