The ECW Pennsylvania Championship was a short-lived title in Extreme Championship Wrestling when it was called Eastern Championship Wrestling. It was also known as the NWA Pennsylvania Heavyweight Championship and existed in 1993.
There were two different versions of the championship used. The first was Eddie Gilbert's southern championship, which he gave to Tommy Cairo when he won the battle royal, and was used on subsequent TV matches. When Eddie left and Paul Heyman came in, the second version of the belt was brought in, which was first used at Ultra Clash 93.
