The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC), is a multi-purpose arena and convention center complex located in Duluth, Minnesota. It was built originally as the Duluth Arena Auditorium in 1966. For over four decades (1966 to 2010) it served as the home ice for the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs Men's Hockey of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference and the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs Women's Hockey (1999 to 2010) of the Western Collegiate Hockey Association. Both moved to the newly built AMSOIL Arena for the 2010-2011 season.

While being the home ice for the university it also hosted the Men's Frozen Four finals twice, first in 1968 then 1981, as well as the Women's in 2003 and 2008. Outside of Hockey it serves as a standard medium venue with Opera, plays, concerts and graduations all being held.
