Denise Storm was a student of the Eddie Sharkey wrestling school. Denise was a regular on the Twin Cities Minnesota independent scene and also worked for Verne Gagne's American Wrestling Association and Pro Wrestling America.
LPWA[]
In the LPWA Denise started off as a rookie fan favorite, but joined heel manager Jonathan Blue's "Blues Band" stable along with Magnificent Mimi. Under new management, Denise Storm rose through the ranks with wins over Reggie Bennett, Bambi and others.
Pay Per View[]
In 1992, Denise Storm wrestled in the LPWA Japanese title tournament finishing runner up to Shinobu Kandori from Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling.
When the LPWA wrapped up operations, Denise wrestled briefly in the Twin Cities before retiring from wrestling and went into nursing.
