Daniel Briley is a former professional wrestler who worked under the stage name Danny Davis. Briley once owned Ohio Valley Wrestling before selling it to Al Snow.
Career[]
Briley started wrestling in 1977 in the Tennessee territory where he made a name for himself as "Nightmare" Danny Davis. He would also wrestle as one half of the masked Masters of Terror in the USWA.
As Danny Davis, Briley had a frequent tag team with Ken Wayne in the 1980s. At one time, they wrestled under masks as "The Nightmares".
Davis retired in 1997 to become a trainer for Ohio Valley Wrestling.
He is the uncle of the former WWE professional wrestler, Doug Basham.
