Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F. or the “Mexico City Boxing and Wrestling Commission” is the governing and licensing body that oversees all boxing and wrestling promotions in Mexico. The Commission are strict on enforcing Lucha libre rules on masks including fines for wrestlers who have been unmasked putting the same mask back on to wrestle in Mexico.
