Cary Joseph Jackson aka Colt Steel was an American Professional wrestler.

Career[]

Colt Steel was a Mid-Atlantic area independent wrestler who made appearances for Jim Crockett Promotions, World Championship Wrestling, Nelson Royal's Atlantic Coast Wrestling, South Atlantic Pro Wrestling and other independents in the Mid-Atlantic area.

AJPW and MACW[]

Steel also toured Japan for All Japan Pro Wrestling and became a regular for the new Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling in the late 1990's, where he won the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight title defeating Metal Maniac in the tournament final.

Later Career[]

Steel went into semi-retirement in 2004 making only sporadic appearances after that. One of Steel's last appearances was participating in the King of the Bluegrass tournament in 2008, where he lost in the semi final to The Masked Superstar

Colt Steel passed away December 19, 2009, aged 53.
