Christian Hubble (July 22, 1997) is an American professional wrestler previously signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the NXT brand under the ring name Trey Baxter.

Career[]

Early career (2017-2021)[]

Christian debuted as early as January 2017 after completing training at SWAG Wrestling in McKenzie, Tennessee. Among the numerous independent promotions he worked in, fans remember him best from his appearances in Game Changer Wrestling where he spent a three-year stint from 2019 to 2021.

Impact Wrestling (2019, 2021)[]

Christian debuted in 2019 on October 19 at All Glory in a triple threat match defeating Alex Zayne and Mark Wheeler. Two years later Christian made his pay-per-view debut at Genesis where he competed in the 2021 Super X Cup Tournament where he lost the tournament final to Ace Austin. He wrestled his final pay-per-view at No Surrender, ending his Impact Wrestling stint in a X Division Championship Number One Contender gauntlet match won by Josh Alexander.

World Wrestling Entertainment (2020-2021)[]

It was reported as early as October 18, 2020, Christian along with wrestlers Colby Corino and Anthony Henry were given tryouts by WWE. On February 13, 2021 it was reported WWE signed Christian to a developmental contract and would report to the NXT brand. He made his in-ring debut as Trey Baxter on the June 15 episode of NXT in an open challenge title match against KUSHIDA for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship but did not succeed in winning the title. On the August 3 episode of NXT, Baxter entered the NXT Breakout Tournament, eliminating Joe Gacy. The following week however, Baxter was eliminated in the semi-final by Odyssey Jones. He appeared in a succession of matches between the 205 Live and NXT brands, during the months of August and September, wrestling his final match on the October 8 episode of 205 Live, losing to Grayson Waller. He was released by WWE on November 4, 2021.

Return to Independent circuit (2021-present)[]

Under his previous name Blake Christian made his return to Game Changer Wrestling on December 4, 2021, scoring a singles match victory over Jack Cartwheel. The following day on December 5, Christian made his televised debuted in Beyond Wrestling, in a singles match won by Alec Price. He made his return to Warrior Wrestling on December 12 at the Warrior Wrestling 17 pay-per-view in which he wrestled in a three-way title match against Will Ospreay and the defending Warrior Wrestling Champion Trey Miguel. On December 17 Christian made his GCW return at the GCW Blood On The Hills pay-per-view, where he defeated Alex Zayne. He made his DEFY Wrestling debut on December 18 at DEFY Dark Horse where he lost a match to Nick Wayne.
