On the February 19, 2021 episode of ROH Wrestling, Kaun, Moses, and Taylor would defeat Bandido, Flamita, and Rey Horus to win the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. The trio held the title for 295 days before they were dethroned by Bateman, Dutch, and Vincent at Final Battle on December 11.

At Supercard of Honor on April 1, 2022, Tully Blanchard revealed Kaun and Toa Liona, dubbed Gates of Agony, as the newest members of his stable, along with Brian Cage. Three months later, at Death Before Dishonor on July 23, Prince Nana revealed he had purchased Blanchard's stable and reformed The Embassy with Kaun, Liona, and Cage. At All Elite Wrestling (AEW) event Battle of the Belts IV on October 7, Kaun and Liona challenged ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood), but were defeated. On December 10, at Final Battle, Kaun won the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship for a second time after he, Liona, and Cage beat Dalton Castle and The Boys.
