Billy Bingo is an American manager. He is perhaps best known for his time as a manager at First State Championship Wrestling and 302 Pro Wrestling for the stable Bingo Enforcement Agency.

Early career[]
Billy Bingo started as a manager in First State Championship Wrestling. Over the years, he's been the main heel manager for the promotion.
In July 2015, Bingo left 1CW along with Sonny Deeds.
In August 2015, Bingo announced that he, Deeds, and The Hot Lanta' Hustlers would be appearing with Maryland Championship Wrestling beginning in October 2015.
302 Pro Wrestling[]
Bingo began appearing at 302 Pro Wrestling at their inaugural show on February 6, 2016. Bingo brought the Bingo Enforcement Agency to 302, including the Hot Lanta Hustlers, Sonny Deeds and Travis Banks.
Bingo would later sign Funky White Boy to the BEA, thus forming the team of Funk'n Dirty. Funk'n Dirty would go on to win the 302 Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championship on one occasion. At [[302 Pro Wrestling After Shock 2017]|After Shock 2017]], Funk'n Dirty would turn on Bingo, turning face in the process.
