Additionally, Archer's manager, Jake Roberts, would take the bag containing Cassidy's International Championship belt. As a result, the match was made official.
After Taya Valkyrie's victory on the July 14 episode of Rampage, AEW Women's World Champion Toni Storm confronted Valkyrie. Following a verbal back and forth, Valkyrie challenged Storm to a title match at Battle of the Belts VII, which was made official.
