The BWR Underground Championship is a professional wrestling championship created and promoted by British Wrestling Revolution. The championship must be defended on every "Underground" branded show.

The championship was first announced on December 29, 2018 on the company's official Facebook page. It was announced that a Championship Scramble match would take place at the "King of the Underground" show to determine the inaugural champion. Tyler Devlin, Reese Ryan, Will Kroos and Tom Weaver were announced as the participants in the match.
