The BWR Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling heavyweight championship created and promoted by British Wrestling Revolution.
History[]
The championship was first introduced on November 24, 2017 at British Wrestling Revolution's "The Last Stand" show when British Wrestling legend Doug Williams announced the one night "Take the Throne" tournament, involving eight wrestlers competing to be crowned the inaugural champion.
The first BWR Heavyweight Champion was crowned on the September 29, 2017 at BWR's "Take the Throne" show with Joseph Conners defeating CJ Banks, Tom Weaver and Winston in the tournament final.
