Aussie Open was a professional wrestling tag team composed of Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis. They worked for various promotions such as Revolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro), New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and All Elite Wrestling (AEW). They were members of the United Empire stable.

History[]

Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis made their debut as a team on July 7, 2017 at an ATTACK! Pro Wrestling event, before becoming known as Aussie Open and working for various independent promotions across Europe. During their time on the independent scene, Aussie Open have notably won the PROGRESS Tag Team Championship, RevPro Undisputed British Tag Team Championship, and the wXw World Tag Team Championship, along with having a second reign with all the aforementioned titles. Aussie Open made their debut for New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) at Royal Quest, unsuccessfully challenging IWGP Tag Team Champions Guerrillas Of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) after winning a tournament in Revolution Pro Wrestling (RevPro) in order to contend for the title. At RevPro High Stakes 2021, Aussie Open would join Will Ospreay's United Empire stable after Fletcher & Davis assisted Ospreay in beating down Shota Umino, Ethan Allen & Luke Jacobs. Aussie Open made their debut for New Japan Pro Wrestling's American program NJPW STRONG at Mutiny 2022, teaming with fellow United Empire member Jeff Cobb to defeat Bad Dude Tito, JONAH & Shane Haste. On the June 8, 2022 episode of Dynamite, Aussie Open, along with Will Ospreay and Aaron Henare, made their debut for All Elite Wrestling (AEW), ambushing Trent Beretta & FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood). On that week's AEW Rampage, Fletcher, Davis & Ospreay were defeated by Beretta & FTR.
