Isao Takagi (born November 8, 1961) is a Japanese professional wrestler better known by the ring name Arashi. He was formerly a sumo wrestler who transitioned to professional wrestling at the request of the legendary Giant Baba, who owned and operated All Japan Pro Wrestling. It was in AJPW where Arashi found his greatest success, mostly as an undercard talent. He was also a fixture of Genichiro Tenryu's Wrestle Association-R in the early-to-mid 1990's.

Takagi currently works as a freelancer on the Japanese independent circuit, mostly appearing for Tatsumi Fujinami's Dradition Pro-Wrestling.
