Anthony Greene (August 23, 1993) is an American professional wrestler previously signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under the ring name August Grey. Prior to joining WWE, he wrestled for promotions such as Chaotic Wrestling, Lucky Pro Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling, Northeast Wrestling, Paragon Pro Wrestling, Power League Wrestling, World Xtreme Wrestling and Top Rope Promotions.

Professional wrestling career[]

Early career (2012–2019)[]

Greene debuted as early as 2012 and began his career working in promotions across the northeastern United States. In 2014 while in Top Rope Promotions (TRP), Greene won his first title as one-half of the TRP Tag Team Champions with Mikey Webb. During that year, Greene won his next two titles including Northeast Championship Wrestling's NCW Tag Team Championship with Mike Paiva and Power League Wrestling's World Tag Team Championship with Rob Araujo. In 2017, Greene won his first singles title while in Lucky Pro Wrestling, becoming a one-time LPW Hard Knox Champion. While in Chaotic Wrestling between 2018 and 2019, Greene enjoyed one-time reigns as Heavyweight Champion, New England Champion and Tag Team Champion, becoming a CW Triple Crown Champion.

World Wrestling Entertainment (2020-2021)[]

On August 2, 2020, it was reported WWE signed Greene to a developmental contract. He made his televised debut as early as the October 16 episode of 205 Live where he was eliminated in a gauntlet match by Ariya Daivari. Under the new name August Grey, he wrestled his second match during his televised debut on the October 21 episode of NXT, losing to fellow recruit Timothy Thatcher. He returned to 205 Live on the November 6 episode, where he teamed with fellow recruit Curt Stallion in a tag match won by Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese. Grey competed in the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with Curt Stallion. He wrestled his final match on the June 25 episode of 205 losing to Grayson Waller. Grey was released along with wrestlers Curt Stallion, Marina Shafir and Arturo Ruas on June 26, 2021.
