In the summer of 2010, he was signed to a developmental contract with WWE and worked for Florida Championship Wrestling.
In March 2011, he was chosen to be one of the participants of Tough Enough V that is scheduled to premiere on April 4, 2011. On the June 5th, 2011 edition of Monday Night Raw, Andy was chosen by Stone Cold Steve Austin as the winner of Tough Enogh V. After being chosen, Vince McMahon slapped Leavine in the face and was then given a Stone Cold Stunner from Austin. Afterwards, Leavine returned to FCW for further training in June 2011. World Wrestling Council (2012–2014)[]
After his release, Leavine started to working for World Wrestling Council (WWC), a wrestling territory in Puerto Rico owned by Carlos Colon. On October 26, 2012, he competed against Wes Brisco and Ray Fénix in a winning effort in a non-title match. He wrestled a Loser Leaves WWC Match vs Wes Brisco in a no-contest after Ray González interfered, and attacked both of them at the same time with 2 steel bars. The following week, he competed with the same stipulation, except this time it was anything goes, and he lost to Wes Brisco, to (kayfabe) fire him. On April 27, 2013, Leavine and Smaon Walker defeated Thunder & Lighting, winning the WWC Tag Team Championship.
