American Legion Memorial Stadium, formerly known as Charlotte Stadium, is a stadium located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Opened in 1936, the stadium is the current home of Charlotte Independence of USL League 1, Carolina Ascent of the USL Super League, Carolina Chaos of the Premier Lacrosse League, and Anthem Rugby Carolina of Major league Rugby. In 2019, the stadium was closed for a major renovation which saw capacity being reduced to 10,500.
