The AWW Academy championship is a professional wrestling championship in Alternative Wrestling World (AWW). The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition.
History[]
The AWW Academy championship was introduced in late 2013 as the prize to be claimed by AWW's Academy graduates. The championship is almost treated as a secondary championship in the promotion, having main evented multiple events and having been defended against some of British wrestling's biggest names. The first champion was Dante, who won a big tournament, last defeating Tukay to win the championship.
