All Out is a professional wrestling event, held annually around Labor Day by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The event was established by the promotion in 2019.
The inaugural All Out event took place on August 31, 2019 at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It was a sequel to All In, an independent wrestling event held on September 1, 2018 that served as a catalyst to the formation of AEW.
