The 2023 Women's Owen Hart Cup was an All Elite Wrestling tournament which began on June 23 and ended on July 15.

On the April 26 episode of Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) President Tony Khan announced that the opening ceremony for the 2023 Owen Hart Cup would take place at Double or Nothing on May 28. Khan further announced that the final would take place in Owen's home town of Calgary, Alberta, Canada on July 15.
