The Sensational One was a champion virtually everywhere she competed. Before coming to WWE, Martel held the AWA Women's Championship on three occasions. Once she was in WWE, she captured the Women's Championship and held it for 15 months. After retiring from active competition, Martel managed the likes of "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Shawn Michaels, and Harlem Heat for their own gold.
