While most fans know Josh Mathews as the lead broadcaster on SmackDown, before he started on the mic, Mathews was a contestant on the first season of WWE Tough Enough. Though he was runner-up on the men's side, Mathews did not give up on his WWE dream. It just happened that it would materialize behind the microphone, not the ring.
