A WrestleMania 29 foi um evento pay-per-view produzido pela WWE, ocorreu no dia 7 de abril de 2013 no MetLife Stadium na cidade de East Rutherford, Nova Jérsei. Esta foi a 29ª edição da cronologia da WrestleMania.
Antes do evento[]
Na edição de 28 de janeiro da Raw, o vencedor do Royal Rumble John Cena anunciou que o título escolhido por ele para disputar na WrestleMania seria o WWE Championship.
Pré-evento[]
Antes do evento em no pré-evento transmitido pelo YouTube, The Miz derrotou Wade Barrett para vencer o WWE Intercontinental Championship, Miz venceu por submissão ao aplicar o "Figure-four leglock".[2]
O evento[]
The Undertaker manteve sua invencibilidade, 21 vitórias na WrestleMania.
Na primeira luta do evento Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins e Roman Reigns derrotaram Sheamus, Randy Orton e Big Show, Ambrose fez o pin em Orton após um "Spear" de Reigns. Após a luta irritado com a derrota Show atacou Sheamus e Orton. Mark Henry derrotou Ryback, Henry venceu após cair sobre Ryback. Kane e Daniel Bryan derrotaram Dolph Ziggler e Big E Langston para manter o WWE Tag Team Championship, Bryan fez o pin em Ziggler após um "mergulho" da terceira corda. Fandango derrotou Chris Jericho, Fandango venceu com um "roll-up". O World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio derrotou Jack Swagger por submissão para manter o título, Del Rio forçou a desistência de Swagger com um "cross arm-breaker". The Undertaker derrotou CM Punk para chegar a sua vigésima primeira vitória em WrestleMania e manter sua invencibilidade, Undertaker venceu após um "Tombstone piledriver". Triple H derrotou Brock Lesnar, Triple H venceu após aplicar um "Pedigree" em Lesnar sobre degraus de aço. No evento principal John Cena derrotou The Rock para o vencer o WWE Championship, Cena venceu após um "Attitude Adjustment".[1]
