John R. Rivera (Havana, 28 de outubro de 1982) é um lutador de wrestling profissional cubano, mais conhecido pelo nome de ringue Rocky Romero. Romero tem passagens em sua carreira pela Ring of Honor, Japão e México. Na Ring of Honor venceu por duas vezes do ROH World Tag Team Championship.
