Pré-Show

Em uma luta transmitida pelo canal da WWE no YouTube os WWE Tag Team Champions R-Truth e Kofi Kingston derrotaram Hunico e Camacho, Truth fez o pin em Camacho após o "Little Jimmy".^[2]

O evento

Na primeira luta do evento Dolph Ziggler derrotou Damien Sandow, Tyson Kidd, Christian, Santino Marella, Tensai, Cody Rhodes e Sin Cara em uma Money in the Bank ladder match para garantir um contrato para uma luta futura pelo World Heavyweight Championship, Ziggler venceu ao pegar a maleta pendurada sobre o ringue. Sheamus derrotou Alberto Del Rio para manter o World Heavyweight Championship, Sheamus venceu após um "Brogue Kick". Após a luta Alberto Del Rio e Ricardo Rodriguez atacaram Sheamus, aproveitando da situação Dolph Ziggler tentou descontar a maleta do MITB, porém perdeu tempo discutido com Del Rio o que permitiu que Sheamus lhe acertasse um Brogue Kick; como o sino nunca foi acionado Sheamus continuou campeão e Ziggler manteve o direito a luta futura pelo título. Primo e Epico derrotaram Titus O'Neil e Darren Young, Primo fez o pin em Young com um "roll-up". O WWE Champion CM Punk derrotou Daniel Bryan para manter o título, Punk venceu após um "back-drop suplex" fazendo com que Bryan atravessasse uma mesa. Ryback derrotou Curt Hawkins e Tyler Reks, Ryback venceu após um "clotheslining" em Reks. No evento principal John Cena derrotou Big Show, Chris Jericho, Kane e The Miz em uma Money in the Bank ladder match para garantir um contrato para uma luta futura pelo WWE Championship, Cena venceu ao pegar a maleta pendurada sobre o ringue.^[2]
