Raymond W. Traylor Jr. (*Marietta, 2 de maio de 1963 + Paulding County, 22 de setembro de 2004) foi um lutador de wrestling profissional mais conhecido pelo ring name de The Big Boss Man. Ficou conhecido por sua passagem pela WWE. Faleceu de um infarto no na cidade de Paulding County em 22 de setembro de 2004.
