Benjamin Whitmer (Owensboro, 25 de janeiro de 1978) é um ex-lutador de wrestling profissional norte-americano, mais conhecido pelo nome de ringue BJ Whitmer. Whitmer lutou durante o período de 2003 a 2008 na Ring of Honor onde foi quatro vezes vencedor do ROH World Tag Team Championship. Chegou anunciar sua retirada o wrestling após sair da Ring of Honor mas retornou a lutar. No dia 3 de agosto de 2013 durante uma luta valida pelo torneio que definiria o novo ROH World Champion Whitmer sofreu uma lesão no pescoço durante a luta com Michael Bennett. Após vários exames foi constatado a gravidade da lesão obrigando sua retirada do wrestling profissional. Retornou em 2014 e lutou até 2017.
