The demons are coming out during this spooky time, but have no fear because the K-Pop Demon Hunters are here! That's right, the celebration of the biggest animated film of the year continues on and this spooky season, join us in the K-Pop Demon Hunters Wiki community for two Halloween events! Get ready to summon your inner artist with the "Spooky Strokes: Halloween Art Event" and unleash your inner ghoul, glam, or goblin with "Gwi-Ma's Masquerade: Halloween Costume Event". Show off your spookiest K-Pop Demon Hunters artwork as you celebrate with a fun showcase and show-off your Halloween costume for a chance at some fun prizes. Select entries may receive additional surprise rewards sponsored by Fandom.

We've launched a new feature called My Fandom, which acts as a unified hub showing a user’s progress and engagement across wikis. It currently includes three sections: Interactive Maps (map checkboxes), Progress Tracking (table checkboxes), and History, and allows filtering by “All Communities” or specific wikis. While some parts are visible even to logged‐out users, full functionality requires logging in, including access via profile links or direct URL. There are plans to expand My Fandom with more features (like bookmarks/collections), improved navigation, and additional filters in response to feedback.

A bit of a branding note... News & Rating, which includes GameFAQs, GameSpot, Comic Vine, TV Guide, and Metacritic, is now officially known as Fandom Media. Check out the respective blog to follow and see what’s been happening lately.

• Table Progress Tracking Update (click here to learn more)

Remember Table Progress Tracking? The feature has been adopted by over a thousand wikis, and sites using it report increased user engagement, new users joining just to use it, and more returning traffic. Recent improvements include table sorting by checked/unchecked status, support for merged cells, row exclusion options, and better tooltips and explanatory headers. Future plans include adding Visual Editor support, smarter error warnings, a “hide all” toggle, and handling tables with secondary headers.

We've released an accessibility checklist designed to help wiki editors make their sites more accessible, especially for users with disabilities. The checklist covers six key areas — design/color, formatting, templates/coding, tables, images, and language — and is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

We’ve updated our Community Creation Policy (newly renamed to Community Creation and Content Policy) and introduced a new companion page: the Notability Guidelines. The updated policy explicitly bans wikis that provide medical advice, expands rules concerning living people and duplicate wikis, and links to the new Notability Guidelines.

We previously announced Table Progress Tracking, a new feature that adds checkboxes to wiki tables. The testing phase is complete, and the feature is now available on all wikis! If you're unfamiliar as to what the feature is, it allows you to track your personal progress, directly within wiki tables. You can keep tabs on what you've already done, and plan for what's next. With this feature, you're able to track episodes you've watched, collectibles obtained in video games, merchandise and more!

Welcome to "Off-Platform with Fandom", a segment where users on the Fandom platform come together to have a conversation off the platform. I had the absolute pleasure to host two roundtables with eight incredible users on some of today's biggest wikis as we celebrate wikis who have reached their 20th Anniversary milestones!

An important mission for Fandom is promoting web accessibility so a wiki's content can be consumed by more readers, regardless of disability. Chris recently held a roundtable with Fandom Stars to discuss the importance of web accessibility. Check out his developments after holding the roundtable!

This, recently introduced, Code of Conduct is a platform policy that outlines the expectations for your role as a wiki admin. By following these rules, you help ensure that your wiki remains an inclusive and productive space for all contributors. Becoming a wiki admin means you agree to follow this Code.

A transparency report is a way for companies to share important information about the actions they take to keep their platforms safe. Check out Fandom’s second annual Transparency Report, covering our Trust & Safety actions for the 2024 calendar year.

Hey there! Miller here, the Community Manager of this wiki. Many wiki communities this year are celebrating their 20th Anniversaries, which includes Pro Wrestling Wiki! In honor of the amazing milestone of a few wikis, we held a wonderful conversation with a few wiki/community leaders who are within some of our biggest wikis. Please check out the latest blog on Community Central and enjoy a new segment called "Off-Platform with Fandom", a segment where users on the Fandom platform come together to have a conversation off the platform, as we have a delightful conversation in honor of the 20th Anniversary milestone! Fandom is 20 years old! That’s right, Fandom – formerly Wikia, formerly Wikicities – was founded on October 18, 2004! This summer, on July 25th we kicked off our anniversary celebration with our annual, highly-anticipated Fandom Party in San Diego! Check it out! Also stay tuned on Community Central to see another celebration in honor of the anniversary!

Logged in editors will be required to confirm their email addresses before they can edit or comment on wikis where anonymous editing is disabled. Fandom will also be disabling anonymous editing on wikis that have had inactive admins or moderators for at least seven days (while retaining the option for admins to turn anon editing back on when they return from inactivity). Thanks to feedback presented by community members, we arrived at these changes announced as an alternative, with no impact on anonymous editing.

On Fandom, users can create wikis on many topics, including ones with mature themes like violence, sexuality, and profanity, as explained in our Community Creation Policy, sometimes however, certain words or phrases, aren't allowed on the platform according to our Terms of Use. This new policy helps clarify Fandom’s position on certain terms and descriptions that we do not permit on Fandom.
