Depends on Andre. He never lost or did anything unless he wanted to. So if he was booked to lose and didn't want to, then he wouldn't. How do you force him to do anything, you don't lol
In an actual shoot Brock would mangle a WM 3 Andre. At that point Andre's body was in shambles and Brock is a trained fighter he'd be able to take Andre down pretty easily and either pound away at his head or snatch a limb. As for an actual wrestling match, depends on the booking and what story you're trying to tell.
