Independent Wrestling Association East-Coast, kurz IWA EC, ist der Name einer US-amerikanischen Wrestling-Promotion, die in South Charleston, West Virginia beheimatet ist. Promotor ist der Wrestler Mad Man Pondo.

In der IWA East-Coast werden heute sowohl technisch hochwertiges High-Flying-Wrestling als auch äußerst brutal angelegte Hardcore- und Death-Matches gezeigt.
Geschichte[]
Die IWA East-Coast wurde am 5. Oktober 2004 vom Wrestler Mad Man Pondo in Dunbar gegründet, als dieser im Rahmen eines Wrestlingseminars auch eine Show mit dem Titel "The Battle of the Butchers" veranstaltete. Die IWA East-Coast veranstaltet im Territorium der NWA West Virginia und sieht sich als Gliederung bzw. als Schwesterorganisation der IWA Mid-South.
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Promotionen[]
Die IWA East Coast arbeitet mit zahlreichen anderen Wrestling-Promotionen zusammen. So zum Beispiel mit der deutschen Promotion westside Xtreme wrestling.
